Log stock by chatting
Your team texts the Telegram bot in plain words, English or Arabic: deliveries, breakages, transfers, staff drinks. It understands the item, the quantity and the unit, and writes it to the right day.
Inventory AI keeps your bar and kitchen stock live. Tell it what came in and what moved, the way you'd text a manager. Sales come in from Omega POS. A short spot check each week shows what's missing and why.
No card needed for the trial. Set up a venue in about ten minutes.
A heavy pour here, a free round there, a bottle that never made it to the shelf. None of it shows up until the month's numbers don't add up. By then nobody remembers why.
Counting the whole bar takes hours.
So it happens once a month, if that. Everything in between is a guess.
Instead: stock updates itself from deliveries, transfers and POS sales. You only count a handful of items a week.
The POS says one thing, the shelf says another.
Sales and stock live in different places, and nobody has time to compare them line by line.
Instead: Omega POS sales flow in and are matched to recipes, so every cocktail deducts the right pours.
Differences get noticed, then forgotten.
A missing bottle gets a shrug at closing. There's no record of what happened or what was done.
Instead: every difference asks for a reason and an action. They're kept by day, week and month.
A delivery, a transfer, a sale and a count all change the same stock. Edit or delete any of them and every page updates with it.

Import the daily sales report as Excel or CSV, or connect live so sales arrive on their own. Re-sending a day replaces it, never doubles it.
Each week a few random items, on a random day you're open. Count them, then see what the system expected.
Over-pouring, given free, broken, stolen. Pick a reason, note the action, and it's logged for the weekly and monthly review.
Count your opening inventory once and lock it to a date. Everything after is calculated from there, so the numbers can't drift.
Pour cost, best sellers, stock used and money lost, by day, week or month. Items running low get a reorder list you can send to the supplier.
Choose bar or kitchen when you sign in. Run several venues from one account, move stock between them, and set dollar and lira rates per venue.
Most of the work is the first count. After that, the system keeps itself up to date.
Right after you sign in: name, type, city, the days you open and your hours.
Import your list or type it in, count once, then lock it to a start date.
Staff log deliveries and transfers on Telegram. POS sales arrive from Omega.
On the day it's due, count a few items. Give a reason for anything that's off.
See pour cost, losses with their reasons, and what to reorder.

No. Stock is worked out from your opening count, deliveries, transfers and POS sales. Each week you count a few random items on a day you're open, and that's enough to show whether anything is going missing.
Omega POS is supported directly: import its daily sales report as Excel or CSV, or connect it live so sales come in automatically. Any other POS that can export item sales to a spreadsheet works through the import.
The item is flagged and a short form asks why: over-pouring, given free, broken, stolen or something else, plus the action you took. The difference is cleared from the alerts but kept in your log, so you can review losses by week and month.
Yes. Edit or delete any delivery, transfer or sale and every page updates with it, including stock levels, reports and spot check results. The only thing that can't change is the opening inventory once it's locked.
Yes. Each venue has its own exchange rate, and costs can be entered in either currency.
No. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and the bot works inside Telegram.
Register your venue, count once, and let Inventory AI keep track from there.
